A ready-made Exante 4 week, Mixed Fasting Meal Pack designed to help achieve your 5:2 dieting goals when consumed on your two ‘fasting days’.  Each pack contains all of our classic diet meal replacement products, including shakes, bars, soups and meals. High in protein, low in fat and enriched with vitamins and minerals, a single diet meal replacement product contains a quarter of your daily RDA and may help you lose weight.

Use our diet meal replacement products 4 times daily on your 'fasting days' as part of the 5:2 diet to get your full Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamins, minerals, Protein and other nutrients.  It's important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily water intake.
